Odit-e - The digital era for electrical networks

Big Data for the modernization of low voltage networks

Odit-e's innovations

Odit-e provides decision making solutions dedicated to Distribution System Operators.

It relies on a detailed understanding of the functioning of electrical networks, combined with a solid command of artificial intelligence tools, in order to develop “Physics informed AI” algorithms.  Its solutions leverage data from smart meters to:

  • Support the energy transition in mature countries, by facilitating the integration of distributed energy resources
  • Accelerate access to energy in developing countries

The digital model generated by Odit-e corrects and completes the geographical information systems by retrieving the links between the meters and:
  • their secondary substation
  • their LV feeders
  • their supply phases

Impact study

From the real data collected on the network, this service offers:

  • An estimation of the capacity of each meter for PV production, the connection of charging stations, heat pumps…
  • An optimization of this capacity by optimizing the network balancing
  • Estimation and localization of the network constraints in the medium term according to various planning scenarios: deployment of new loads, new generation sources, new flexibilities…
